1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CommandRelay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and API consumers.

2. Description of Service

CommandRelay provides a web-based platform for remote administration of DayZ game servers. The Service includes a server-side mod, a web dashboard, and a REST API that allow users to send commands, track players, and monitor server performance.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your API keys and tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other players or server communities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or server instances
• Use the API in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volumes or degrades the Service for others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your API keys or tokens with unauthorized third parties
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Subscription and Billing

CommandRelay offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Server Mod Usage

The CommandRelay DayZ server mod is provided as-is for use with compatible DayZ server versions. You are responsible for ensuring the mod is properly configured and that your use complies with Bohemia Interactive's terms of service for DayZ server hosting and modding.

7. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if usage patterns are deemed abusive or detrimental to the Service's performance.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of CommandRelay. DayZ is a trademark of Bohemia Interactive. CommandRelay is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CommandRelay shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or unintended command execution on your game servers.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any data associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
